Frank Carnevale

Mr. Carnevale is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bridgepoint Group Ltd. and Managing Partner of Bridgepoint Asset Management Inc. and Bridgepoint Green Capital Inc. In addition to managing the firms, Mr. Carnevale focuses on strategic growth and project origination of energy and infrastructure solutions across the United States and Canada.

Mr. Carnevale is Chair of the Board of Directors of Navitus Plasma Inc.- a developer, owner and operator of energy from waste projects.

Mr. Carnevale is a member of the Council for Clean & Reliable Electricity, and recently served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Energy Association. Mr. Carnevale is also a Founding Member of the Clean Economy Network- Toronto Chapter.

In 2011, Mr. Carnevale was awarded the "Next Generation Award" for the Business Excellence Awards of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario. He was also included in the book: "The Next Generation, Made in Canada: The Italian Way", in one of 34 interviews of successful Italian Canadians.

Mr. Carnevale is a trusted advisor to public sector leaders, and continues to develop successful public private partnerships. Mr. Carnevale has guest lectured at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and University of Toronto on public private partnerships and ethics. He has been published in infrastructure, energy and municipal publications, some of which have included his perspective on the virtues of public private partnerships and industry trends.

Mr. Carnevale is a board member of Canadian Stage, Canada's largest not-for-profit contemporary stage company.

Mr. Carnevale graduated from York University with a BA degree in Political Science. He, his wife and two boys reside in Toronto, Canada.
